All the necessary building permits and documents are obtained and the building site is prepared for construction work. The subject of this concept design is the newly planned office building on the crossing of Zagrebačka Avenue and Savska Street in Zagreb. Following the provisions from master planning documents of Zagreb, public architectural competition was for this development in 2008.

The planned building consists of two volumes, higher on the west and lower on the east. The lower, triangular part, is five storey high and situated at the intersection of Savska Street and Zagrebačka Avenue, while the second volume is 41 storey high, rectangular shaped, and positioned along the newly planned road parallel to the planned Šarengradska Street.
